Identification of the non-coding RNA in the cell line derived from lung cancer with different transferring ability.

Objective: MicroRNAs (miRNA) are a class of small noncoding RNAs with important posttranscriptional regulatory functions. Recent data suggest that miRNAs are aberrantly expressed in many human cancers and that they may play significant roles in carcinogenesis. Here, we used microarrays chip to identify the specific expression profile of microRNA (miRNA) in the different cell line (PGBE1 and PGLH7) and discuss the potential biological function of the specific miRNAs. Methods: The expression profile of miRNA in the different transferring cell lines were checked by the non coding RNA chip and were repeat with qPCR. We got 7 non coding RNA with signifcent difference by the respective primer.They were hsa-mir-34b, hsa-mir-23a, hsa-mir-23b, hsa-mir-199a-5p, NCRNA U27, NCRNA U29, Rfam tRNA. There were 4 miRAN. Th ehsa-mir-34b was most signifencent. In the further to confirm the results, the specific expressed miRNAs were identified by quantitive PCR. Conclusion: Our results suggest that four miRNAs were identified to related with the transferring ability of lung cancer and that some miRNAs with prognostic potential for transffering lung cancer could be of clinical importance.空军总医院心血管外科张红超
