NF-κBp65在创伤性关节炎中的表达

摘要   目的 观察实验性创伤性关节炎的软骨和滑膜组织中NF-κBp65的表达情况。 材料和方法 取雄性S-D大鼠作为实验动物，切断膝关节的内侧副韧带和部分切除内侧半月板制作创伤性关节炎模型。蛋白质免疫印迹法（Western Blot）和免疫组织化学染色检测关节软骨和滑膜内的NF-κBp65表达情况。 结果 与正常关节软骨和滑膜相比，创伤性关节炎的软骨和滑膜中的NF-κBp65表达明显增高。结论 NF-κBp65可能在创伤性关节炎的发生过程中发挥作用北京大学第三医院运动医学科陈连旭

The expression of NF-κBp65 in traumatic osteoarthritis

Abstract  Objective  To observe the expression of NF-κBp65 in cartilage and synovium of experimental traumatic osteoarthritis. Materials and Methods  The animal models of osteoarthritis were male S-D rats which transection of the medial collateral ligament plus partial medial meniscectomy. Western Blot and immunohistochemical staining were made to detect the expression of NF-κBp65 in cartilage and synovium. Results  The expression of NF-κBp65 in cartilage and synovium of tranmatic osteoarthritis was more increased than of normal joint. Conclusion  NF-κBp65 may play important role in initiation and development of traumatic osteoarthritis.
