激光治疗婴幼儿血管瘤应当慎之又慎

虽然许多单位都在开展激光治疗血管瘤的临床工作，但激光治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的价值其实十分有限。这是因为，激光属于物理治疗，对于处于增殖期的血管瘤，单纯激光治疗不能控制血管瘤的继续生长。其次，激光的穿透深度有限，对深部（皮下）血管瘤无效。如果一味加大功率，往往会遗留令人遗憾的瘢痕、色素改变。因此，激光治疗血管瘤，仅限于停止生长的皮肤表浅血管瘤，厚度小于2 mm者。上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院口腔颌面外科郑家伟

The use of flash lamp pulsed dye laser therapy (FLPDL) with wave lengths of 585 or 595 nm and pulse durations of 300μs or 2 ms is only indicated in the very early stages of infantile hemangiomas not thicker than 2mm, provided there is no subcutaneous part. Tuberous infantile hemangiomas are no indication for FLPDL, and FLPDL also fails in subcutaneous and endophytically（内生） growing hemangiomas.
