摘要

目的：本文对15例腮腺区肿物的CT扫描图片与临床相结合进行分析，指出了腮腺不同区域肿物CT特点，强调了CT在腮腺深叶肿物诊断的重要作用。材料和方法：临床收集15例腮腺区肿块患者， 其中腮腺内肿物10例，腮腺外肿物3 例，腮腺慢性炎症2例。结果：13例腮腺内肿物CT表现基本相似，其余5例的CT表现与临床诊断不相符。结论：通过对其CT片分析初步得出腮腺区CT扫描对鉴别腺内、 外肿瘤有决定性作用，对腮腺内肿瘤的定位十分准确，而对肿瘤的定性作用不大。

      CT  Diagnosis of the Masses in Parotid Gland Region

Objective:To provide the CT features  of  the  parotid  gland  area masses and evaluate the capability of  CT  diagnosis.   Materials  and Methods:CT scan in 15 patients with the parotid gland area masses were  retrospectively  studied.   Results: CT  scan   revealed   a   common morphological manifestations in the 13 parotid gland tumors.Conclusion:CT is helpful to differentiate the parotid gland tumors from  the  non-parotid gland tumors in the parotid gland area masse
