- 高压氧治疗依据

由于学科专业等方面的差异,部分同道对高压氧的治疗效果存在疑虑,现列举国外文献说明:
1、 无论高压氧还是常压氧对创伤性脑损伤、缺血缺氧性脑损害、卒中都有相当疗效:主要通过改善供氧、抑制缺血再灌注损伤、减轻线粒体损伤、减少脑脊液分泌、抑制兴奋性氨基酸释放、调节白介素6、8等因子分泌、降低热休克蛋白32水平、促进骨髓干细胞释放等机制;而肺、脑、眼等器官的副损伤很小!广州军区总医院高压氧科谢秋幼
2、 高压氧效果强于常压氧但不等于常压氧无效!
3、 延迟的高压氧干预无效,但也未发现明显副损伤!所以强调早期介入!
