全胸腔镜下肺叶切除术治疗肺癌的体会

【摘要】  目的 总结全胸腔镜下肺叶切除治疗肺癌的经验。方法 2008年6月～2011年3月我们在全胸腔镜下进行肺叶切除?淋巴结清扫术治疗肺癌23例。结果 全组围术期无死亡及重大并发症，无中转开胸，术后住院7～9天，平均（7.63±0.89）天。结论 在全胸腔镜下进行肺叶切除?淋巴结清扫术治疗肺癌具有安全、彻底、创伤小、疼痛轻、术后恢复快等优点，值得推广。南昌大学第三附属医院心胸外科刘勇

【Abstract】  Objective: To summarize experience of completely video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy for lung cancer. Methods: From June 2008 to March 2011, 23 cases which underwent completely video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy were compared by lobectomy of lung and lymph node cleaning technique. Results: There were not the death, the significant complication and change the operates in all cases between the perioperative. The time about hospital course may 7-9 days, means 7.63±0.89. Conclusion: Completely Video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery and lymph node cleaning technique is a safe and effective surgical procedure with minimal invasiveness, so it is worth spreading.
